About CRCC

Information

The Cumberland / Prospect Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre (CRCC) is funded by the Australian Commonwealth Government. We provide a single point of contact for the general public, service providers, general practitioners and other health professionals for information on community, aged and disability services and carer support.

Support for Carers

We also operate or can link you into services that are designed to support and assist relatives and friends caring for someone at home.
These services provide:

  • Information and support for carers;
  • Assistance to help carers take a break from caring (this is called respite);
  • Respite that takes place either in your home or in another community setting
  • Short or longer periods of respite care in Residential Aged Care Facilities.
